We’re Hiring Receptionist for Gargash Trading Under Gargash Group.
Location: Al Quoz Industrial Area, Dubai

Gargash Trading is looking for a dynamic and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Al Quoz office. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service and managing front-desk operations, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients with professionalism
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and office support
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar front-desk/receptionist role
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing calendars, handling customer queries, and general admin tasks
- Working Hours: 9 hours/day including a 1-hour break
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week (1 day off)
