We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic hashtag
Receptionist to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and organized front-office experience for our visitors, clients, and team members.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Greet visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently
- Handle daily correspondence including emails, packages, and couriers
- Manage meeting room bookings and visitor appointments
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is always clean and presentable
- Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and handling petty cash
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth front-desk operations
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing administrative role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A positive attitude and polished, professional appearance
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
