Hiring Receptionist
Location: Dubai, UAE
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred
We are currently seeking a highly professional and well-presented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a similar role within the UAE and must be currently residing in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients with a positive, helpful attitude
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area
- Handle basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies
- Coordinate with internal departments and support day-to-day office activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant in the UAE
- Currently residing in Dubai
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment
