We’re Hiring: Arabic-Speaking Receptionist
Join our dynamic team at Trillium Group! We are urgently seeking a proactive and dedicated Arabic-speaking receptionist to provide essential support at our DIFC, Dubai office.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, offering a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage all incoming communications, including calls, emails, and other correspondence, ensuring inquiries are promptly directed to the appropriate individuals.
- Coordinate schedules by booking appointments, managing meeting rooms, assisting with onboarding new staff, and overseeing attendance records.
- Handle administrative tasks such as calendar management for executives, making travel arrangements, and processing expense reports.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, maintain documents with high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Participate in special projects and company events, contributing to the success of organizational initiatives.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both verbal and written.
- High proficiency in time management, organizing tasks, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Skilled in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant office technologies.
- Professional appearance and attitude, with an eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
- Experience in a fast-paced office setting is highly desirable.
