Hiring Receptionist Admin Assistant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Role Description:
Manage the day to day operational matters related to front desk activities. The first point of contact for organization. The first person to ensure the warm, welcoming environment and high-quality standard of administrative task for the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support across the organization.
- Greet and welcome guests/visitors.
- Direct guests to the appropriate person and office.
- Distributes correspondence and redirect calls.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls.
- Initiate outgoing calls if required.
- Received, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Arrange documents delivery as required
- Assist the clerical requirements of other department as needed.
- Prepares PO for office stationery and keep the inventory of stock.
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying etc.
- Draft letters, emails and other correspondence.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience required
