Job Summary:
We are hiring a professional Receptionist Storekeeper to handle both front desk operations and inventory management. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment for visitors while ensuring that all stock and supplies are efficiently managed. Receptionist Duties:
- Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle front desk inquiries.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized reception area.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and filing documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Storekeeper Duties:
- Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure the quality and quantity meet specifications.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels.
- Organize stockroom and label inventory properly for easy tracking.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and report discrepancies.
- Collaborate with purchasing and administration teams for stock replenishment and material requests.
- Ensure proper storage practices and compliance with safety and organizational standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dual role of receptionist and storekeeper is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Skilled in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Must currently reside in the UAE or be willing to relocate to Dubai.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
