We are seeking an experienced Recruiter based in Dubai to join our team immediately or within 1 month. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of UAE recruitment experience and be proficient in managing the full recruitment cycle for both IT and Non-IT roles. Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and compliance with UAE labor laws is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and address staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience in the UAE.
• Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and labor law compliance.
