YOUR ROLE

• Leading Full-Service Contract Manufactures, producing Henkel products to ensure best optimized cost and supply security.
• Working closely with regional Supply Chain & Business Stakeholders on setting and implementing strategies in his area, as well as local teams in the countries.
• Market screening to identify potential contract manufactures, raw materials and packaging materials suppliers who can be potential challengers to our existing supply base.
• Tackle communication challenges and enriches goals and strategies, including all short-, mid- and long-term financial targets and any risk mitigation strategies.
• Setting regional strategy and leading the relevant cross functional team for his projects.

YOUR SKILLS

• Experience in FMCG/consumer products.
• Regional strategic sourcing experience for raw materials, packaging materials and contract manufacturing.
• High level of communication & presentation skills.
• Supply chain management (Planning, Production and Logistics).
• Excellent analysis skills and usage of Excel files.
• Self-dependent and Resilient.
• Technical specification knowledge for raw & packaging materials is a plus.
• SAP experience is a plus.
