𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory, budgets, and financial performance to meet targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Must be results-oriented with a strong understanding of performance metrics across all sales channels, including dine-in, takeaway, and delivery.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in an upscale dining environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, including F&B management and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with grace.
- Familiarity with Dubai’s dining scene and market trends is a plus.
