- Proven Experience – Minimum 2 years as a Restaurant Manager in casual dining in the UAE.
- Leadership Excellence – A natural motivator who leads by example and drives team success.

- Operational Expertise – Strong understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, and cost control.
- Training & Development – Ability to coach, motivate, and uphold service standards.
- Note: Candidates must be available for face-to-face interviews and trial shifts in Abu Dhabi.
