Role Overview

ZEA Restaurant, situated in the premier dining district of DIFC, is searching for a dynamic and service-oriented Restaurant Manager to direct front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will supervise upscale hospitality standards, manage premium lounge setups, coordinate vibrant late-night dining services, and mentor service teams to deliver flawless guest hospitality within a fast-paced environment.

Primary Accountabilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations, ensuring all service touchpoints align with high-end luxury hospitality.

• Oversee host systems, seating charts, weekly employee rosters, and floor staffing quotas based on anticipated booking volumes.

• Direct upscale lounge services and late-night hospitality flows, ensuring consistent service pacing and atmospheric standards.

• Cultivate elite guest relations, addressing visitor feedback proactively and engineering memorable client retention experiences.

• Conduct continuous training and evaluation clinics for floor staff to expand beverage, cocktail, and menu knowledge.

Skills & Experience Required

• Professional Background: Robust tenure running fine dining establishments, upscale lounges, or premium hospitality venues (prior UAE experience is an advantage).

• Beverage Mastery: Deep operational knowledge concerning high-end wines, spirits, cocktail mixology, and premium beverage presentation models.

• Leadership Capabilities: Confident team management skills with a proven track record of inspiring service staff under high-pressure parameters.

• Operational Attributes: European nationality preferred; excellent interpersonal communication, quick problem-solving skills, and immediate local availability to join the venue.
