Hoshi Gourmet Restaurant LLC is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Restaurant Servers (Waiters and Waitresses) to join its growing hospitality team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences and providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Core Duties

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their dining experience.

• Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and assist guests with their selections.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the restaurant’s POS system.

• Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and courteously.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas in accordance with restaurant standards.

Skills & Experience Required

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Hospitality Certification preferred).

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with POS systems and order management is an advantage.

• Core Competencies: Strong communication, guest service skills, positive attitude, and ability to work efficiently under pressure.

• Availability: Open to all nationalities; immediate joining is preferred. Candidates from South Africa are highly encouraged to apply.
