Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in coffee shop or restaurant operations and a passion or knowledge in chocolates and desserts. The successful candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high service standards, and lead the team while upholding quality and consistency in food and beverages, especially chocolate-based items.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
• Ensure smooth daily operations of the café / restaurant.
• Maintain service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor food and beverage presentation and quality, with a focus on desserts and chocolates.
• Handle stock and inventory control of chocolate, coffee, and other items.
• Train new staff and support ongoing team development.
• Assist with scheduling, cleanliness, and hygiene compliance.
• Address customer concerns or service issues efficiently.
• Report to the Restaurant Manager and assist with daily reports.
Requirements
• Minimum 2–4 years in a supervisor or team leader role in a café or restaurant.
• Experience or interest in chocolate, dessert, or pastry products is a plus.
• Strong customer service and team leadership skills.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Organized, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills.
