An established dining establishment in Al Ain is seeking an urgent, guest-focused Restaurant Supervisor to manage its daily floor service. The position assumes total responsibility for steering front-of-house teams, maintaining service benchmarks, executing client recovery procedures, and delivering a premium culinary experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee front-of-house floor dynamics, guaranteeing flawless operational flows during peak dining shifts.

  • Guide, mentor, and coordinate restaurant waitstaff to consistently uphold high-tier hospitality standards.

  • Welcome dining guests, direct table allocations, and manage high-level client relations.

  • Resolve customer feedback, unexpected service hitches, and guest concerns with refined professional etiquette.

  • Monitor service speed, presentation consistency, and operational safety compliance across the dining room.

  • Coordinate with kitchen managers and back-of-house teams to optimize overall table turnover and culinary delivery.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Professional Background: Proven supervisor-level track record within premium restaurant environments (prior exposure managing upscale French or Italian dining concepts is heavily favored).

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Interpersonal Skillset: Excellent verbal diplomacy, strong leadership traits, and a calm, proactive problem-solving demeanor.

  • Onboarding Availability: Candidates who can begin the deployment immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
