Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Bedrock. As a key member of our management team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading our team to deliver outstanding results. Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
  • Manage and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance and skills
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing initiatives and promotions
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, adhering to health and safety standards

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role
  • Proven track record of successfully leading a team to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
