Salary: AED 1,200 per Month + 10% Commission on Outreach Sales

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years in Beauty, Makeup, Skincare, or Personal Care Sales

Job Summary

Fluff and Stars is seeking an energetic and results-driven Retail Sales Executive to join its growing beauty and skincare team in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to build a rewarding career in the beauty industry while earning attractive commissions based on performance.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Promote and sell beauty and skincare products to new and existing customers.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase sales opportunities.

  • Conduct cold calls, outreach campaigns, and email prospecting to generate leads.

  • Manage daily sales activities, distribution networks, and order fulfillment processes.

  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute directly to brand business growth.

  • Provide accurate product recommendations and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (Sales, Business, or Marketing preferred).

  • Core Competencies: Strong communication, customer engagement, and interpersonal skills; highly comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach.

  • Traits: Self-motivated, proactive, target-driven, and open to candidates of all nationalities.

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of beauty and skincare products, customer relationship management, lead generation, and distribution workflows.
