We’re on the lookout for a Retention Marketing Specialist to craft smart, data-driven campaigns that delight our customers and keep them coming back.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute retention strategies using email, SMS, push notifications, and loyalty programs
- Personalize customer journeys through segmentation and behavior-based targeting
- Analyze customer data to improve engagement, reduce churn, and increase lifetime value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CRM, content, and creative
- A/B test campaigns to continually improve results
- Track KPIs and share insights to drive better decisions
What We’re Looking For :
- 3+ years of experience in retention/lifecycle marketing, preferably in e- commerce
- Strong grasp of CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
- Analytical mindset with a passion for understanding customer behavior
- Experience with loyalty programs is a plus
- Excellent communication and project management skills
