About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the freight forwarding and logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, a proven track record in business development, and deep knowledge of the Dubai/UAE logistics market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s client base in freight forwarding (Air, Sea, Land).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, shipping lines, airlines, and logistics partners.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to drive performance and market penetration.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in freight forwarding/logistics (Dubai/GCC market preferred).
- Strong network with shippers, importers/exporters, and logistics stakeholders.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
