Hiring Sales Executive

Job Description:

  • The Spare Parts Salesman is responsible for selling spare parts and accessories to customers.
  • Provide product information, assist customers in finding the right parts, and process sales transactions.
  • Maintains inventory levels, tracks orders, and coordinates with suppliers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and following up on after-sales service.
  • Additionally, stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate spare parts and accessories.
  • Provide accurate and detailed product information to customers.
  • Process sales orders, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized spare parts showroom.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock.
  • Track and update customer orders, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any after-sales service requests.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the achievement of department goals.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in the automotive or spare parts industry.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand product specifications and technical details.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills
