The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting the company’s facilities management solutions across the region.

Core Duties

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the facilities management sector.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, business proposals, and tender submissions.

• Negotiate contracts and close sales while consistently achieving commercial revenue targets.

• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Maintain accurate customer records and track pipeline progress using CRM systems.

• Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and potential avenues for growth.

Core Competencies

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; practical knowledge of CRM systems and AI-powered business tools is highly advantageous.

• Professional Attributes: Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management abilities.
