Job Summary

Al Mehnaz is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join its growing showroom team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering outstanding service in a dynamic retail environment.

Core Duties

• Welcome showroom visitors and provide professional product recommendations.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets through excellent customer service.

• Process sales transactions and manage invoicing activities.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

• Coordinate with internal teams and travel up to 50% as required to support business development.

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of showroom sales experience.

• Languages: Native Arabic speaker is required; must also be fluent in written and spoken English.

• Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

• Core Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and target-driven skills with a customer-focused mindset.

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of invoicing, sales transaction processes, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

• Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 50% for business activities.
