Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Lady to join our team in Sharjah Industrial Area 4. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail or supermarket sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude. Candidates must have their own valid UAE visa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Promote and sell products to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain product displays, ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns effectively.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge and promotions.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in supermarket, retail, or FMCG).
  • Must have a valid own visa (sponsor/self/family).
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
  • Presentable, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
