Role Overview:

As a Sales Manager at gulfHR, you will spearhead efforts to grow our client base and increase revenue by promoting our cutting-edge HRMS solutions to businesses across the region.  This role combines strategic business development, client relationship management, and collaboration with the client success team to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve growth targets.
• Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients in the HRMS sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Lead the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to contract closing.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives with existing clients.
• Collaborate with client success and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or related field.
• 5-8 years of sales experience in the HRMS or software solutions industry.
• Fluent in Arabic with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
