Location- Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and oversee our sales team, develop strategies, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics. This role requires strategic planning, effective communication, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy to drive growth in line with the company’s objectives.
  • Oversee, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and motivation to reach sales goals.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and ensure competitive advantage.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, dealerships, and industry partners.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing reports and forecasts for management.
