We are looking for an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and oversee our sales team, develop strategies, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics. This role requires strategic planning, effective communication, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a national sales strategy to drive growth in line with the company’s objectives.
- Oversee, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and motivation to reach sales goals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and ensure competitive advantage.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, dealerships, and industry partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing reports and forecasts for management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance brand visibility and optimize sales initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:
