Experience Required: Proven Experience in Developer Real Estate Sales and International Property Sales (Roadshow Experience Across India Preferred)

Role Overview

Danube Properties is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join its International Sales team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in developer real estate sales and international client engagement, particularly within the Indian market. The selected candidate will drive international sales initiatives, represent the company during overseas property roadshows, and build strong relationships with prospective investors.

Core Duties

  • Drive international real estate sales and achieve business growth targets.

  • Represent the company during property roadshows and promotional events across India.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and investors.

  • Deliver professional presentations and negotiate property sales effectively.

  • Identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of international markets.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

  • Experience & Mobility: Proven track record in developer real estate sales with a willingness to travel internationally for business development activities. Experience managing or participating in property roadshows across India (especially North and East India markets) is an advantage.

  • Core Competencies: Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills combined with an expertise in client relationship management.

  • Domain Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of international real estate sales, property investment consulting, and high-value sales negotiation strategies.
