Role Overview

Afaq Management is looking for motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about sales, business development, and building strong relationships with clients while contributing to the company’s continued growth.

Core Duties

• Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and present company services.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Promote company services and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow up with potential clients.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Skills & Experience Required

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred; immediate joiners are given preference.

• Core Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build long-term client relationships.

• Technical Knowledge: Robust understanding of sales strategies, business development techniques, client relationship management, customer service, Microsoft Office applications, and sales reporting.
