Description:

We are currently hiring a Sales Representative with Sales experience working in either preferably with an interior & architectural background with work experience in the kitchen and wardrobe industry to handle Dubai region.

The role involves getting projects for the company, client & developers’ meetings, and delivering compelling sales presentations.

Key responsibilities:

Include negotiating deals, fostering client relations, drafting proposals, keeping an eye on market competitors, and working closely with the project Manager, Draftsman, Interior designer & marketing team to drive sales initiatives.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service and sales in the kitchen and wardrobe industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, articulate, soft-spoken, driven, energetic, outgoing, focused, and result-oriented
  • Coachable and enjoys learning new skills
  • Proven experience as a business development executive, sales representative, or similar role will be advantageous.
  • Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients and listen actively to their needs.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to meet or exceed sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Experience working as Sales representative in interior design/architect company in kitchen and wardrobe industry to handle its a plus.
  • Driving license required & Ready to work hard to meet the target Flexibility.
  • Excellent English communication is must, Arabic is a plus.
  • Offering monthly plus very attractive commission. The commission is open to debate and result proven.
  • Salary: AED5,500.00 – AED6,000.00 per month + commission
  • Ability to commute/relocate to Dubai
  • 1-2years of relevant experience
