Description:

We Are Hiring: Senior Accountant – Abu Dhabi

Darysh HR Consultancy is urgently seeking a Senior Accountant for a reputed advertising company in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify, classify, and record financial transactions.
• Perform month-end closing activities, including reconciliations, financial statements, and variance analysis.
• Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payments and effective vendor management.
• Oversee customer invoicing and accounts receivable management.
• Prepare and review journal entries, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Handle VAT compliance, including preparation and submission of VAT returns as per UAE regulations.
• Maintain bank relationships and perform accurate bank reconciliations.
• Assist in audit processes and finalization.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of UAE accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (attested).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and VAT regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
