Salary: AED 6,000 per Month

Experience Required: Minimum 5+ Years of Supervisory Experience in Housekeeping (Mandatory experience in both hospital and 5-star hospitality settings)

Role Overview

Aldarari HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee large-scale housekeeping operations in a hospital environment in Al Ain. The successful candidate will lead a large housekeeping workforce, ensure compliance with hospital infection control protocols, conduct quality inspections, and drive operational excellence.

Core Duties

  • Supervise and manage daily housekeeping operations within the hospital facility.

  • Lead, train, motivate, and coordinate a workforce of more than 100 housekeeping employees.

  • Enforce strict compliance with hospital infection control procedures, safety protocols, and hygiene standards.

  • Conduct routine inspections, audits, and quality assurance checks across all assigned sectors.

  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and professional performance evaluations.

  • Coordinate with upper management to optimize housekeeping workflows and service quality.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Location Status: Candidates must currently reside inside the UAE; UAE work experience is preferred.

  • Workforce Management: Proven experience managing more than 100 housekeeping employees at a single location.

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of housekeeping SOPs, infection control, hospital hygiene regulations, operational planning, and scheduling.

  • Traits: Strong leadership, excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving capabilities.
