Aldarari HR Solutions is recruiting an experienced Senior Housekeeping Supervisor for a hospital-based role in Al Ain. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled housekeeping professional with extensive leadership experience in both healthcare and luxury hospitality environments who can effectively manage large operational teams while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Core Duties

  • Supervise and manage daily housekeeping operations within the hospital facility.

  • Lead, train, motivate, and monitor a team of more than 100 housekeeping employees.

  • Ensure full compliance with hospital infection control policies, hygiene standards, and housekeeping SOPs.

  • Conduct routine inspections, audits, and quality assurance checks.

  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, performance evaluations, and workforce planning.

  • Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure efficient housekeeping services.

  • Maintain high operational standards while continuously improving service quality.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping. Mandatory experience in both hospital and 5-star hospitality environments is required.

  • Team Leadership: Proven experience managing 100+ housekeeping staff at a single location.

  • Location & Availability: Candidates must currently be residing in the UAE and available to join promptly. UAE experience is preferred.

  • Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.

  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of housekeeping operations/SOPs, quality assurance, hospital infection control, hygiene standards, and workforce planning.
