Job Opportunity: Senior Listing Coordinator
Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with a passion for real estate? We’re hiring a Senior Listing Coordinator to join our vibrant team!
Location: Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update property listings on platforms like Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle through our CRM system.
- Collaborate with agents to gather property details, handle advertisements, and spotlight hot deals.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and manage contracts, permits, agreements, and MOUs.
- Handle new tenancy contracts and renewals with precision.
- Submit verification documents for compliance and resolve issues with Property Finder and DLD.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends.
- Organize documents in a shared folder for easy access.
- Generate reports to support decision-making.
- Provide QR codes and edit photos for marketing purposes.
- Communicate effectively with brokers, tenants, and property owners to facilitate transactions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar real estate role.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and listing platforms (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document management.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with basic photo editing software for watermarks and resizing.
