Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
SEIS is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team! We’re looking for someone with expertise in both white-collar and blue-collar recruitment, particularly in bulk hiring for blue-collar positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar positions
- Specialize in bulk recruitment, ensuring a quick and efficient hiring process
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, and direct outreach
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Build relationships with staffing agencies and external partners
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and recruitment best practices
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in both white-collar and blue-collar recruitment
- Strong background in bulk hiring for blue-collar roles
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
