Job Summary

AutoGuru Auto General Repairing LLC is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join its growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing service recommendations, coordinating repair schedules, and ensuring a smooth and professional service experience throughout the vehicle repair pipeline.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Welcome customers, diagnose initial requirements, and establish accurate vehicle service profiles.

  • Explain technical repair recommendations, service packages, pricing, and estimated delivery timelines.

  • Coordinate workflows closely with workshop technicians to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery.

  • Maintain complete vehicle service histories, log updates, and conduct post-service customer follow-ups.

  • Cultivate long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service at the front desk.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field preferred.

  • Core Competencies: Outstanding interpersonal communication, customer service proficiency, and strong multitasking capabilities.

  • Technical Understanding: Basic familiarity with automotive systems, mechanical wear, and standard vehicle maintenance checklists.

  • Traits: Proactive teammate with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for the automotive repair industry.

  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of customer relationship management, service coordination software, and standard automotive service desk protocols.
