Description:

We’re Hiring: Site-Based Storekeeper (MEP Industry)

Athena Education is seeking a diligent and organized Site-Based Storekeeper to support our MEP projects in Dubai. This role involves managing materials, tools, and equipment efficiently to ensure smooth operations on site.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

✔ Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, tools, and equipment against purchase orders and delivery notes.
✔ Store and organize MEP materials such as pipes, fittings, cables, HVAC components, and electrical items for easy access.
✔ Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, issuances, and returns using manual logs or inventory software.
✔ Issue materials and tools to site workers and subcontractors according to project needs.
✔ Conduct regular stock audits, report discrepancies, and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
✔ Ensure proper handling, storage, and safety of all materials to prevent damage or loss.
✔ Maintain a clean and compliant store environment in line with UAE health and safety regulations.
✔ Prepare and submit inventory and material usage reports to the project management team.
✔ Coordinate with site supervisors and engineers to meet material requirements based on project priorities.
✔ Manage returns and documentation of unused or defective materials as per company policy.

Skills & Competencies:
✔ Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
✔ Knowledge of MEP materials and tools.
✔ Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
