Position:

1.Reservations Agent

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a reservations or front office role, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with online booking systems and third-party travel platforms.
• Skills:
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Sales and upselling expertise to maximize revenue.
• Flexibility: Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

2.Sales Executive

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Key Skills:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue and meet targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the local market and ability to build customer networks.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Positive and professional attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.
