Salary: AED 6,500 – 7,500 per month (Based on Experience)

Experience Required: Proven experience in store/inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Position Profile

Super Cement Manufacturing Company L.L.C, in coordination with Speed Gulf General Transportation, is looking for a structured Store In Charge to direct daily warehouse and stockyard logistics. This supervisory role oversees inventory control workflows, guides a team of storekeepers, and syncs directly with the Procurement, Plant, Workshop, and Transport divisions to secure an uninterrupted flow of manufacturing materials.

Main Duties

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, guaranteeing the proper receiving, handling, and storage of industrial materials.

• Track stock levels, execute accurate cycle counts, and maintain real-time inventory records to prevent supply bottlenecks.

• Provide direct leadership and scheduling oversight to a team of subordinate storekeepers, ensuring strict compliance with safety codes.

• Record, file, and audit all documentation regarding incoming raw materials and outgoing freight shipments.

• Navigate corporate ERP software setups for inventory tracking, digital reporting, and cross-departmental supply reconciliations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Professional Background: Robust background running inventory management, material control, or industrial warehouse operations, preferably inside a manufacturing plant layout.

• Technical Savvy: High competency utilizing ERP logistics systems and implementing standard stock control frameworks.

• Core Aptitudes: Decisive leadership traits, practical problem-solving skills, and clear organizational habits.
