Job Summary

Dhamma Perfumes is urgently seeking a reliable and organized Storekeeper to join its team in Al Quoz, Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory, receiving and issuing materials, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.

Primary Accountabilities

• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate, up-to-date stock records.

• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and products safely and efficiently.

• Issue materials as required while updating inventory databases promptly.

• Monitor stock movement and assist with regular physical inventory audits and cycle counts.

• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety standards within the storage facility.

• Support smooth day-to-day warehouse operations by following established company procedures.

Skills & Experience Required

• Education: High School Diploma or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of inventory control, material handling practices, stock management procedures, and warehouse documentation.

• Software Proficiency: Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are an advantage.

• Core Competencies: Strong organizational skills, high reliability, responsibility, and excellent attention to detail.
