Role Overview

Team Fitout is seeking a reliable and organized Store Keeper to join its operations team in Dubai. This role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting material handling activities, and ensuring smooth coordination between project sites and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Accountabilities

• Manage, monitor, and audit the inventory of fit-out project materials, hardware, and specialized tools.

• Keep precise stock logs up to date and input daily transactions into corporate inventory management systems.

• Coordinate the structured issuance and receipt of construction goods bound for active project fields.

• Maintain warehouse floor cleanliness, maximize storage setups, and enforce stock control procedures.

• Ensure all material delivery notes, gate passes, and tracking documents are cataloged correctly.

Core Competencies

• Industry Insights: At least 1 year of hands-on warehouse or yard management experience inside a UAE fit-out or interior design contractor firm.

• Material Expertise: Practical knowledge of interior fit-out materials, technical carpentry tools, and finishing supplies.

• Technical Aptitude: Confident processing spreadsheets in MS Excel and navigating standard digital stock tracking systems.

• Communication: Good conversational and working communication skills in both English and Hindi.
