Position Profile

A prominent organization in Dubai’s healthcare sector is seeking a systematic Storekeeper to supervise its inventory operations, warehouse storage facilities, and stock documentation. This position focuses on coordinating incoming shipment inspections, executing strict stock-rotation methodologies, auditing warehouse ledgers, and collaborating with clinic teams to guarantee the steady availability of medical supplies.

Main Duties

• Inspect incoming freight, verifying shipment quantities, production batch numbers, and product expiration dates against purchase orders and supplier invoices.

• Generate digital Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and coordinate receipt documentation with the Procurement and Accounts Payable divisions.

• Organize warehouse storage configurations utilizing FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) material handling protocols.

• Log all inventory movements, inter-company transfers, and clinic stock updates inside the central inventory database.

• Monitor min/max stock thresholds, isolating damaged goods or near-expiry items to prevent supply deficits.

• Disburse medical supplies and materials solely against approved departmental requisitions, issuing verified Goods Issued Notes (GIN).

• Coordinate physical cycle counts, maintain warehouse cleanliness, and ensure storage safety parameters align with medical product regulations.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree.

• Core Aptitudes: Exceptional organizational habits, high numerical accuracy, and the ability to interface seamlessly with cross-functional clinic and purchasing teams.

• Domain Mastery: Deep familiarity with warehouse record keeping, inventory management frameworks, and stock-handling methodologies.

• Language Skills: Professional proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi is required to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
