We are hiring for the store supervisor profile for our own QSR brand.

Job Title: Store Supervisor

Brand: German Doner Kebab (QSR)

Reports to: Store Manager

Job Summary:

The Store Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and staff performance. The role involves supervising the team, maintaining smooth store operations, and ensuring compliance with brand standards and health & safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Supervise and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure all food preparation and service meet German Doner Kebab standards.
• Monitor stock levels and support with inventory management and ordering.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Support in cash handling, sales reporting, and daily reconciliations.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Preferred:

• Previous experience with international QSR brands or similar restaurant concepts.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and daily reporting.
