Supervisor
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Tawjeeh & Tasheel Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient service delivery in all government-related transactions. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of UAE labor laws, MOHRE regulations, and other related government procedures, with strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage Tawjeeh and Tasheel centers operations in compliance with UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) standards.
- Ensure smooth handling of all visa and labor transactions, including new visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and modifications.
- Oversee licensing, company formation, and establishment card renewals.
- Manage traffic file openings, Emirates ID services, and immigration-related documentation.
- Provide accurate legal guidance on labor disputes, employee rights, and compliance matters.
- Coordinate with Civil Defense, DED, MOHRE, and other government departments for various approvals and inspections.
- Supervise Muroor and Daman insurance processing and renewals.
- Assign tasks and monitor the daily performance of staff; ensure all transactions are processed efficiently and within timelines.
- Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing staff on latest MOHRE updates and system enhancements.
- Handle escalated customer issues professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain updated knowledge of Tawjeeh awareness programs, labor law amendments, and UAE government initiatives.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management.
- Ensure the center meets its KPIs and service quality standards.
- Promote teamwork and positive work culture among employees.
- Visit relevant government offices as required for submissions or clarifications.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in Tawjeeh and Tasheel operations (supervisory level).
- Strong knowledge of MOHRE systems, Tasheel, Tawjeeh, E-channel, GDRFA, and related e-services.
- Familiar with PRO (Public Relations Officer) tasks and documentation procedures.
- Strong leadership, time management, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; proficiency in Hindi/Urdu or other languages is an advantage.
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, MOHRE portals, and other government systems).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Professional, confident, and team-oriented personality.
