Positions: Sr. HR Generalist

Education: A bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields and CIPD preferred.

Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience is required. Expertise in UAE labor law and regulations.

Skill: Fluency in both English & Arabic.

Immediate: joining is required.

Job Responsibilities: Plan & implement effective training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of employees. • Extensive experience in recruitment projects, interviewing techniques, joining procedures, off boarding, recruitment metrics, and reporting. Experience in developing, drafting & implementing policies and procedures.  Conduct HR audits & evaluations to identify areas of improvement and streamline procedures.
