VMware and Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified Administrator, Microsoft Certified Solutions Architect and VMware certified Professional
• #ITIL certified
Minimum 7 years in Systems Administration role
- 5+ years’ experience of #managing #SystemsProjects
- Proven experience in #designing, #implementing, and managing on prem based solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of on prem services, including compute, storage, networking, security, and identity management.
- Strong understanding of on prem computing concepts, architectures, and deployment models.
- Experience with #PowerShell, or other automation tools for managing on prem infrastructure.
- Excellent #problemSolving skills and attention to detail.
- Design, implement and operate virtualization infrastructure
- Monitor and analyze security alerts, incidents, and events to identify potential issues and security threats
- Coordinate incident response activities with internal and external teams and ensure timely resolution of all incidents
- Provide administration and support, ensure standard practices, install/configure/customize applications like IIS and other Microsoft and Vmware technologies
- Evaluate weaknesses in system related design and recommend changes based on international best practices
- Ensure the availability and constant update of Systems and underlying services inventory
- Assist in developing, implementing, testing and maintaining relevant disaster recovery plans
- Collect and review system related reports for capacity and planning purposes.
