Hiring Talent Acquisition Executive
Location – WTC, Dubai
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively scan the real estate market to identify and assess potential candidates who align with our company’s values and goals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates and interviews to on-boarding new agents.
- Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, and make recommendations to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or headhunting, with a focus on the Real estate/BFSI.
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and the dynamics of the industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving recruitment targets.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Proficiency in English – Spoken & Written.
