Advanced Supply Chain Group Ltd (AISC) is expanding its sales team and seeking motivated Tele Sales Executives to help drive business growth in the freight forwarding and logistics space. We’re looking for energetic, customer-focused candidates who enjoy speaking with clients, building relationships, and hitting targets. candidates are especially encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do:

  • Make outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients.
  • Qualify leads, maintain a pipeline, and follow up to convert prospects into customers.
  • Build and nurture client relationships to support repeat business and referrals.
  • Work toward and achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with operations and account teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive phone skills.
  • A confident, target-driven attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Interest in logistics, freight forwarding, or related B2B services.
  • Ability to work well within a team and adapt to feedback.

Preferred / Additional:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in tele sales / inside sales is a plus, but motivated freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
