Salary: AED 3,000 per month (Excluding incentives)

Job Summary

A financial and corporate services organization is looking for 10 motivated and target-driven Tele Sales Executives to join its sales operations team in Ajman. The successful candidates will be responsible for executing outbound sales sequences, engaging prospective accounts, and driving brokerage or financial service conversions within a collaborative team structure.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Conduct structured outbound calling sequences to warm and cold prospects to pitching company portfolios.

  • Achieve targeted day-to-day transaction metrics, outbound call volumes, and revenue milestones.

  • Deliver accurate product features and market definitions regarding foreign exchange (Forex) or financial market tools.

  • Coordinate productively with sales team peers and regional supervisors to optimize cross-functional closing rates.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or a Master’s Degree in any discipline.

  • Professional Track Record: Minimum 1–2 years of mandatory, hands-on experience working directly within a phone-based sales or outbound telesales environment.

  • Domain Strengths: Prior exposure handling client accounts inside financial markets or Forex platforms is considered a distinct advantage.

  • Language Streams: Strong English communication skills coupled with regional fluency across any of the following specific allocations:

    • Stream A: English with Hindi, Marathi, or Gujarati (5 positions)

    • Stream B: English and Tamil (1 position)

    • Stream C: English, Hindi, and Bengali (2 positions)

    • Stream D: English, Hindi, and Urdu (2 positions)
