Kabri International Co. LLC is recruiting two structured Time Keepers to manage operational labor tracking across its expanding construction project footprint in Dubai. The positions require individuals with on-site construction familiarity to maintain daily workforce rosters, audit field hours against supervisor logs, compile monthly payroll reporting sheets, and provide administrative project support.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Administer precise daily labor attendance tracking, logging field deployment timesheets for all manual labor and technical site staff.

  • Audit on-site headcounts regularly alongside construction foremen and engineering supervisors to prevent log errors.

  • Draft structured weekly and monthly payroll data packages utilizing complex spreadsheet reporting models.

  • Reconcile workforce deployment data discrepancies, addressing overlapping shifts or unverified absences immediately with project directors.

  • Organize secure archives of historical project timesheets, biometric data records, and related operational administrative documentation.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Formal Diploma or a completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited educational facility.

  • Professional Track Record: 1 to 2 years of proven employment running field timekeeping operations explicitly inside a high-volume civil engineering or construction project setting.

  • Technical Systems: Proficient operational navigation of Microsoft Excel for compiling payroll datasets, database filtering, and attendance logging.

  • Operational Attributes: Sharp numerical precision, strong communication traits to handle workforce coordination across language barriers, and the capacity to meet rigid weekly financial reporting deadlines.
