Experience: Someone with Min 5 years of experience in Business Development, 3 years within the GCC market. 360 Staffing and Recruitment experience delivering on both contract and perm mandates. Proven record of winning and developing clients in the GCC market. Successfully managed a small team of at least 2 people. Open to travel across the GCC market. Excellent communication skills.
