- OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (Doha Office)
Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage daily tourism operations across Doha.

Liaise with suppliers, hotels, and partners to ensure seamless service delivery.

Handle bookings, guest logistics, and provide emergency support as required.

Ensure all services meet company standards and client expectations.
-
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and operational databases.
Requirements:

Fluent in English & Arabic (mandatory).
-
Valid QID; local tourism industry experience preferred.
-

2. HOTEL REPRESENTATIVE (Doha Office)
Responsibilities:
-
Welcome guests at hotels and assist with check-in, briefings, and local guidance.

Provide information on excursions, respond to guest queries, and upsell tours.

Act as the liaison between hotels and the operations team to ensure quick issue resolution.
-
Maintain a positive brand image through guest satisfaction and professional conduct.
-
Submit daily reports and feedback to the head office on guest experiences.
Requirements:

Fluent in English (an additional European language is a plus).

Strong communication and customer service skills.
