Education:Â Candidates must have a degree in commerce
Experience:Â with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities include Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc. Ensuring documents are approved by concerned authority.
Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to SOA balances Maintaining historical records Paying vendors by scheduling payment batches and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance Continuing to improve the payment process Managing Petty cash efficiently. Recording all movements in a timely manner and reporting daily balances. Obtaining Petty cash reports from Project Admins on a monthly basis, recording and reconciling the same. Ensuring all cash disbursements are thoroughly checked and approved.
